This style is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, giving the whiskey its distinctive creamy texture, spice, fruitiness and rich mouthfeel. Redbreast 12 Year Old is matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks, creating its signature balance of dried fruit, toasted wood, spice and sherry sweetness.
