Bols Advocaat Liqueur is a rich, creamy concoction of egg yolks, aromatic alcohol, sugar, and brandy with a hint of vanilla. It tastes smooth and full-bodied.Advocaat comes in two varieties. The "thick" Advocaat, which is usually sold in the Netherlands and eaten with a spoon, and the more liquid "export" variant.Thick Bols Advocaat also contains egg white, which we utilise as an ingredient in a variety of sweets, such as ice cream and pastries. We could also be used as an aperitif or digestif. It is traditionally served in a big glass with whipped cream and chocolate powder on top.
