Liqueur Creme de Cassis de Bourgogne “Double Creme” is made from different varieties of black currant grown in Burgundy. The berries are harvested at their pinnacle of development, in July, to fully reveal their aroma and flavour potential. Tank 2/3 filled with berries and poured alcohol for the creation of whiskey. To get the greatest results, keep it at room temperature for 4-5 weeks. Before filtering, the combination is blended with a small amount of infusion, sugar, and held in a double maceration, giving the drink an outstanding harmony. As a result of this technology, first-rate liquor with natural scents and flavours of black currant has been created.
