Fruit de la Passion liquor is made from concentrated fruit juice that is blended with pure alcohol in precise quantities. Then crystallised sugar was added, which slowly dissolves, decreasing the alcohol concentration and developing the flavour of the fruit. To maintain the depth of the tastes, the liquor is not filtered. Shaking the liquor before using is suggested.
