Shackleton Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is inspired by the whiskey left behind in Antarctica by Sir Ernest Shackleton in the early 1900s and recovered frozen but intact over a century later. It’s made by Master Blender Richard Patterson, and it’s modelled on the flavour profile of Shackleton’s favourite drink, though it’s more affordable than the limited-edition offerings.
