Angostura Aromatic Bitters is one of the world’s most iconic cocktail bitters, used by bartenders and home mixologists to add depth, balance and aromatic complexity to drinks. It is made from a concentrated blend of herbs, spices and bitter botanicals, and is instantly recognisable by its oversized label and yellow cap.

Originally developed in 1824 by Dr. Johann Siegert, Angostura Aromatic Bitters is now produced in Trinidad and Tobago. It is widely used in classic cocktails such as Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Pink Gin, Sazerac, Pisco Sour, Champagne Cocktail and Mai Tai. It is also useful in non-alcoholic-style serves such as lemon, lime and bitters, as well as in cooking, sauces, marinades and desserts.
